Gorgeous and Overpriced Piano that is actually a Synthesizer
Whaletone Piano is gorgeously designed Piano (or is it a synthesizer), by a Polish designer Robert Majkut. Its two-tone black and white body is meant to resemble a whale rising above the waves, inside you’ll find features like a velvet interior, an electrically controlled lid.
Inside, you’ll find no strings, hammers or bridge. This is a fully electric instrument, built around a high end Roland keyboard. It features a total of 500 sounds, so you can stick with the smooth tones of a traditional acoustic or astound listeners with some synth pop or church-organ noodling.
Each piano is hand-made to order, and you can choose another colour if you don’t fancy this eye-watering orange.
